OP Licensure Advances in Iowa Senate

A bill providing state licensure requirements for orthotic and prosthetic practitioners advanced through the Iowa Senate State Government Committee yesterday 14-0.  Passage out of committee meets a key procedural hurdle in the Iowa legislature that individual bills must have passed at least one committee by March 4th to remain active.  The bill now moves for a vote by the full Senate in the next few weeks.
