Supreme Court Rejects Health Care Fast Track Motion

On Monday, the United States Supreme Court rejected a motion to fast track a review of the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act put forward by Virginia State Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli. The rejection allows individual states and the Department of Health and Human Services to continue implementing the controversial law’s provisions while waiting for the courts’ ruling. More
